The Berg Folding Fender was a fender manufactured by the Sterling-Meaker Co. for use on City & Streetcars to protect citizens from getting struck and pulled under cars. In service, the fenders would be folded out and would "catch" anyone standing in front of the rails.
 
These Fenders are available in both HO and O scale and are designed to fit any and all interurban/city car models.
